The Brookhaven Retreat, LLC (“Brookhaven Retreat”) website is owned and operated by Brookhaven Retreat. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of our privacy policy and practices, and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used by us. By accessing, browsing and/or using our website, you are deemed to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.    In order to make our sites (including the site through which you accessed this Privacy Policy (“Sites”)) as beneficial to users (“Users”) as possible, and to facilitate interaction between Users and Brookhaven Retreat, we collect certain personal and non-personal information.

   Brookhaven Retreat is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. Brookhaven Retreat does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and Brookhaven Retreat does not knowingly target its Sites to children under the age of 13.

Accordingly, when you transmit information to Brookhaven Retreat, you do so at your own risk. Select pages within our site may run in a secure-server environment.
